"We believe that this cooperation between Turkey, Russia, and Azerbaijan will further strengthen mutual trust and friendly relations; in particular, it will contribute to good neighborly relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia," Turkish Deputy Defense Minister Yunus Emre Karaosmanoğlu said at the opening of the Turkish-Russian Joint Monitoring Center.
"Turkey continues to stand in solidarity with our Azerbaijani brothers, as we have done so far. We hope that this Center will provide the stability of the region and that this process will be completed without any problems," he noted.
