Azerbaijan reserves right to protect its civilians, says Hikmat Hajiyev

"In Tartar city as a result of Armenia's deliberate attack to graveyard three civilians were killed and three were seriously wounded," Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmat Hajiyev said on Twitter.
"Armenia is pursuing a policy of terror against civilians, hiding behind a humanitarian truce. Azerbaijan reserves the right to protect its civilians," Hajiyev noted.
