Azerbaijan carries out all restoration works at its own expense, said the President's Special Envoy to the liberated territories (except Shusha) Emin Huseynov.

According to him, the holding of the panel of the IX Global Baku Forum in Shusha today is a significant event, as the representatives of foreign countries participating in the forum are getting acquainted with the work carried out here.

Huseynov noted that the guests were informed about the work being done to restore the area, clear the mines and the complexity of this process.
