"KAMAZ Leasing LLC is the first resident of the Araz Valley Economic Zone, founded by President Ilham Aliyev on October 4 in Jabrayil District," Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said, according to Report.
"The project will be implemented with the participation of the Russian capital," he said.
