Butter production in Azerbaijan up 3%

In January-August of this year, 18,053.4 tons of butter (+2.7%) were produced in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.
During the reporting period, 5,785.8 tons of cream were produced in Azerbaijan, which is 8.2% more than a year ago.
As of September 1, 85.4 tons of butter stock was created in the country.
