Two Azerbaijani judokas crowned European champions

Another Azerbaijani judoka held his final bout in the European youth championship in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
Report's employee seconded to the competitions informs that in the 81 kilogram event, Eljan Hajiyev faced an Italian athlete in the decisive match.
Having defeated his opponent by ippon, Hajiyev climbed to the top of the podium.
With this, the number of medals won by Azerbaijani judokas in the continental championship reached three. Earlier, Vusal Qalandarzada (73 kg) won the gold medal, and Turan Bayramov (60 kg) grabbed the silver medal.
