Azerbaijani swimmer Mehri Aghayeva wins silver at Sofia tournament

Azerbaijan's young swimmer Mehri Agayeva (8 years old) has won a silver medal at the international Sofia Diving Cup tournament held in Bulgaria, the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation told Report.
The federation noted that Aghayeva achieved this result in the 1-meter springboard diving event. She scored 115.20 points, finishing second among 15 athletes.
In last year's competition in the same category, her score was 72.95 points, placing her 11th.
The Azerbaijan national team is represented by seven athletes at the Sofia tournament.
