Tofig Yagublu released under house arrest

The Baku Court of Appeal has held a hearing on the complaint against Musavat Party activist Tofig Yagublu, Report says.
The meeting chaired by Judge Elmar Rahimov replaced the measure of detention by house arrest.
Yagublu is now receiving treatment in City Hospital.
The defendant's lawyer Elchin Sadigov told reporters that Tofig Yagublu would be released from the hospital if his health allows. Otherwise, his treatment will continue in the hospital.
The next court hearing is to take place on September 28.
