Ambassador’s Office robbed in Baku

A theft has been committed in the Office of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Afghanistan to Azerbaijan Khairullah Spelenai.
The thieves stole USD35,255 (AZN 59,933) from Ambassador’s room.
A criminal case has been filed under Article 177.3.2 (theft causing considerable damage) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
