Azerbaijan, Germany discuss expanding AI cooperation

Azerbaijan and Germany have discussed opportunities to expand cooperation with German technology companies in artificial intelligence.

According to Report, Digital Development and Transport Minister Rashad Nabiyev wrote on X that the discussions took place during his meeting with German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Dirk Lölke.

Nabiyev said the meeting covered the development of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Germany, particularly issues on the agenda related to the Middle Corridor, aviation, digitalization and training.

He added that the sides discussed the development of the Middle Corridor, Azerbaijan's transformation into a regional digital hub, as well as opportunities to expand cooperation with German technology companies in artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT) and data centers.
