Azerbaijan confirms 1,196 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan recorded 1,196 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.
Meanwhile, 2,162 people recovered from the infection, and 27 patients succumbed to the deadly pathogen.
Overall, the country has reported 319, 109 cases of infection, 289, 460 recoveries, and 4,517 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 25, 132 people are receiving treatment.
Azerbaijan has conducted 3,241, 186 COVID-19 tests over the past period, including 11,319 today.
