Turkish parliament speaker: 'Our cooperation with Azerbaijan will always continue'

The delegation led by Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of Azerbaijan Milli Majlis (Parliament), visited the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Turkish Speaker Numan Kurtulmus said on X, Report informs.

He said that Türkiye and Azerbaijan continue to cooperate in inter-parliamentary relations as well as in all fields with the concept of “two states, one nation”.

Kurtulmus said the meeting with Gafarova discussed the cooperation between the two countries and the situation in the region.

They emphasized that the problems in the region are gradually being solved.

“We also stressed that Türkiye stands by brotherly Azerbaijan on all platforms. Our cooperation with Azerbaijan will continue,” Kurtulmus said.
