Turkish minister: 'When we visit liberated territories of Azerbaijan, we see the end of 30-year oppression'

Baykar company is the national pride in Türkiye and it has a unique place among companies producing similar products in the world, Turkish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirisci said, according to Report.

He noted that it is not right to criticize Türkiye's production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The minister said that Turkish-made drones played a major role in the Second Karabakh War and Azerbaijan's victory.

"Today, when we visit the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, we see the end of the 30-year oppression," Kirisci said.

According to him, the opposition is currently accusing the Party of Justice and Development and the government of various problems: "All these allegations are groundless. They do not think about the nation, but about their own interests. The private sector is engaged in such work elsewhere in the world. Therefore, I consider the opposition's views unfounded. Our achievements in the field of defense industry are obvious."

The minister also spoke about the domestically produced Togg car: "Togg is a source of our national pride. As long as our country exists, this car will remain our major asset. Togg is not just a car, but also a smart device. We will see this device fly in the air too. Hopefully, our young people will make these dreams come true."
