Azerbaijan emerged from the Second Karabakh War with dignity, restoring justice in front of the whole world, Turkish security expert Abdullah Agar said at the international panel “New Period in Global Systems, Power Wars and the South Caucasus.”
According to Report, he noted that the Patriotic War was important for both Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
"I know how difficult the Second Karabakh War was. But it is significant for Türkiye and the whole world because it is an example of the restoration of justice. It showed how the rights of the oppressed were restored," he said.
