Mukhtar Babayev: Japan supported implementation of various projects in Azerbaijan

"Japan has supported the implementation of various projects in Azerbaijan," Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev said at the event held in Baku on the occasion of the birthday of the Emperor of Japan, Report informs.

"Azerbaijan and Japan have close relations and cooperation in various fields. I hope that the cooperation between the countries will continue to develop," he stressed.

Babayev said the two countries are currently cooperating in implementing renewable energy projects in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
