The First Lady of Turkey Emine Erdogan has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on November 8 - Victory Day, Report informs.
"I sincerely congratulate the first anniversary of Azerbaijan's liberation of Karabakh, its ancestral land, with an epic struggle," she tweeted.
“I commemorate all of our martyrs with gratitude.”
