CIS Heads of States Council starts in Bishkek today

Baku. 16 September. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will attend today's Bishkek meeting of the CIS Heads of States Council.
Report informs, Bolotbek Mukashev, Director of Integration Associations Department of Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
'Most presidents are expected to attend. We have received official approvals from the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus and Armenia. Currently, we are awaiting approval by Uzbekistan. Moldova's PM, Ukrainian Ambassador and Deputy Chairman of Turkmenistan Cabinet of Ministers are expected to attend the meeting', Foreign Ministry official said.
Heads of states are expected to issue statements, accept a program and announce the CIS cultural capital.
