1 killed, 4 injured in US attack in Iran's Khuzestan

A guard at a pumping station was killed and four others were injured as a result of US military strikes in Iran's Khuzestan province, Report informs referring to the Fars news agency.

"As a result of an attack by American forces on Monday night, when a shell hit an agricultural pumping station in the Mahshahr district, a guard at the complex was killed and four others were injured," reads the update.

The wounded were hospitalized, but their condition has not been reported.

Mahshahr is located on the coast of the Persian Gulf and is considered the center of the province's petrochemical industry.
