Azerbaijan offers condolences to Turkey

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has posted a condolence message on Twitter for Turkish soldiers martyred in Syria's Idlib, Report informs.
"We are deeply saddened by reports of multiple deaths among Turkish servicemen in an attack in Idlib. We wish Allah's mercy for the martyrs and send our condolences to their families and the Turkish nation," the embassy tweeted.
A Syrian regime airstrike killed 33 Turkish soldiers in Syria's Idlib province in an attack late Thursday in a severe escalation of the direct conflict between Turkish and Russia-backed Syrian regime forces.
Meanwhile, the Turkish Armed Forces have destroyed a total of 1,709 regime elements in operations in Idlib since February 10, 2020.
