According to her, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's decree to hold the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress demonstrates the state's high appreciation of the historical significance of this event and its legacy.

Raimkulova noted that the expression "the Turkic world is like a family" is not just a metaphor today, but a reality.

"The spirit of unity and cooperation that was born in Baku a hundred years ago is alive today," she said.

The foundation president emphasized that the future of the Turkic world is based not only on economic and political cooperation, but also on shared cultural values.

"Therefore, humanitarian cooperation plays an important role in Turkic integration. The International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage also contributes to this process. Our main goal is to preserve, study, popularize, and pass on to future generations the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples. The better we understand our shared past, the stronger we can build our common future," Raimkulova stated.
