Russian citizen creates company with charter capital of EUR 12M in Baku

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy registered Monte Investments LLC, Report informs, citing the Ministry.
The legal address of the new company is apartment 28, Nazim Ismayilov house 9A, Sabunchu district, Baku city, and the authorized capital is 12.34 million euros, the legal representative is Olga Khokhova, a Russian citizen.
