Nominal and real effective exchange rates of Azerbaijani manat down

As of May 1, the nominal effective exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat against foreign currencies was 104.4 points, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
This is 1.5 points less than a month ago, 4.8 points less than at the beginning of the year, and 0.4 points less year-on-year.
As of May 1, the real effective exchange rate of the manat was 118.7 points. This is 2.4 points less than a month ago, 6.4 points less than at the beginning of the year, and 3.1 points less year-on-year.
