Azerbaijan and Georgia hold discussions on monetary policy

The implementation of monetary policy was discussed between the central banks of Azerbaijan and Georgia, Report informs.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), its delegation visited the National Bank of Georgia as part of a working visit. During the trip, practical discussions were held between the parties on the implementation of monetary policy, macroeconomic modeling and forecasting, as well as the preparation of external sector statistics.
The sides also emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between the two banks in the mentioned areas in terms of experience and information exchange.
