TAP pipeline sees fluctuating gas demand at European exit points

The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), which transports Azerbaijani natural gas to Europe, received an order of 366,957,291 kWh at Greece's Kipoi exit point on September 1.

According to Report, citing TAP's electronic platform, this is a 6% increase compared to the order volume recorded on the previous Monday.

From September 2 to 8, the order volume at the Kipoi exit point totaled 331,019,866 kWh - a 4.37% decrease compared to August 26, a 4.27% drop compared to August 27–29, and a 4.28% decline compared to August 30–31.

At the Komotini exit point in Greece, daily orders from September 1 to 8 remained steady at 28,674,418 kWh, the same as the previous week.

At the Nea Mesimvria exit point, TAP received an order of 30,346,301 kWh for the same period, unchanged from the prior week"s figure.

In Italy, TAP received orders for 301,940,315 kWh at the Melendugno exit point on September 1 - a 5.9% increase compared to August 25.

From September 2 to 8, the Melendugno point saw 271,999,147 kWh in orders, a decrease of approximately 4.6% compared to August 26. Compared to August 27–28, the drop was 4.49%; to August 29, 3.3%; and to August 30–31, roughly 3.13%.
