SOCAR announces launch date for new steam system at Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is completing preparatory works for the commissioning of a new steam system as part of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (HAOR) Modernization and Reconstruction Project, said Deputy Director-General of the project Emil Alkhasli.

Report informs that the system will be launched in January 2022.

According to Alkhasli, the system will be cleaned with steam, the pipes will be washed, and high sound waves are expected to spread around.
