Oil prices in the world market go up amid the optimism of investors about economic recovery and increase in oil demand.
Report informs, citing Prime, that as of 8:22 a.m. (GMT +4), the Brent crude price rose by 0.72% to $69.72 a barrel, while WTI crude oil price went up 0.84% to $66.16 a barrel.
Investors are optimistic about the global economic recovery after the crisis due to the coronavirus. The traders focused on the new macroeconomic data from China.
China saw 35.1% growth in industrial production in February, while it was 7.3% in January. This figure was above the expectations of the analysts. At the same time, retail sales in China grew by 33.78% in February, 4.78% in January/.
