Oil prices show stability during morning trading

Oil prices showed stability on Friday. At the same time, they end the week in positive territory against the backdrop of geopolitical tensions and declining oil reserves in the United States, Report informs via Interfax.
The cost of March Brent oil futures on the London ICE Futures exchange amounted to $78.98 per barrel, which is $0.12 (0.15%) lower than at the close of previous trading.
WTI oil futures for February in e-trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) increased in price by $0.08 (0.11%) to $74.16 per barrel.
Since the beginning of this week, Brent and WTI have risen in price by 0.9% and by 2%, respectively.
