BOTAS transports 18.5 million tons of Azerbaijani oil from Ceyhan port

Botas International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, has transported 18.498 million barrels of crude oil from the Ceyhan terminal in January of this year.
According to Report, the indicated volume of crude was loaded on 25 tankers and sent to world markets.
3.589 billion barrels of oil have been shipped on 4,684 tankers from Ceyhan port up to date.
BIL was authorized to operate the BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first tanker loading of BTC crude oil at the Ceyhan terminal took place on June 2, 2006.
