BOTAS transports 150 tankers of BTC oil from Ceyhan port

BOTAŞ International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline in Turkey, transported 109 million barrels of crude oil through the Ceyhan terminal last year.
This amount of crude oil was loaded on 150 tankers and sent to world markets, Report informs, referring to the company.
So far, 4,809 tankers have carried 3,680,000,000 barrels of crude oil from the port.
In 2001, BIL was authorized to operate BTC in Turkey. The first tanker loading of crude oil from BTC at the Ceyhan terminal was on June 2, 2006.
