Azerbaijan's oil exports to UK skyrocket

In January-April 2025, Azerbaijan exported 243,951 tons of crude oil worth $137.3 million to the United Kingdom, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

The volume of exported products is 11.8 times higher and the value is 12.5 times higher year-on-year, respectively.

The share of crude oil exported from Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom in total oil exports was 2.97%.

According to customs declarations, in January-April 2025, Azerbaijan exported 8.2 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products obtained from bituminous rocks. The value of crude oil exported from Azerbaijan amounted to $4.56 billion.
