Erdoğan signs decision on establishing ITU units at Karabakh University

Academic units affiliated with Turkish Istanbul Technical University (ITU) will be established at Azerbaijan's Karabakh University.
According to Report, the relevant decision was signed by President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and published in the Official Gazette.
Under the decision, Karabakh University will host academic divisions subordinate to ITU.
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, Karabakh University will launch a joint dual‑degree program in engineering specialties in partnership with ITU.
