Baku. 28 December. REPORT.AZ/ The preliminary forecast from December 31, 2018 to January 1, 2019 has been announced.
The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told Report that the weather will be changeable cloudy in the capital on December 31, mainly rainless. But drizzle is predicted in some places in the morning and at the evening. North wind will blow.
The temperature will be 7-10 C in the daytime and close to 2 C at night on December 31. The weather on January 1 will be moderate and mainly dry.
