Western Azerbaijan Community: Proposals received from foreign experts regarding Return Concept project

"Many proposals have been sent to the e-mail address created for the project of the Return Concept. Among the proposals are those addressed to members of the public, scientists, and even foreign experts," Ulviyya Zulfugar, head of the Western Azerbaijan Community Press Service, told journalists, Report informs.

According to her, these proposals are currently being reviewed and discussed:

"In addition, hearings are often held in the Western Azerbaijan Community. Scientists, intellectuals, and members of the Board of Directors voice their proposals at the hearings on the Return Concept."
