Number of Azerbaijani population revealed

The number of Azerbaijani population has been announced.
Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee that the population grew by 16,139 or 0.2% in January-May 2021 and reached 10,135,272 as of June 1, 2021.
53.0% of the population is urban residents, 47.0% are rural residents, 49.9% are men, and 50.1% are women.
