Emin Huseynov: Azerbaijan is restoring Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur without outside support

Azerbaijan is carrying out the restoration process in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur without any outside support.

Report informs that Emin Huseynov, special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, told journalists this during WUF13 in Baku.

According to him, more than 25 billion manats have so far been allocated from the state budget for restoration work in the liberated territories.

"Azerbaijan is carrying out the restoration and reconstruction process in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur entirely on its own, without financial support from any international organizations," Huseynov said.
