Azerbaijani President pardons 13 foreigners

Baku. 17 March. In REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order "On pardoning a number of convicted persons". The order list also includes some of the foreign countries.
Report informs, Azerbaijani President has pardoned 13 foreigners.
