G20 Foreign Ministers recognize need to WTO reform

G20 Foreign Ministers agreed on the need for reform of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Report informs, TASS reported with reference to the statement of the Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi.
"In Osaka, our leaders reaffirmed the direction to the necessary WTO reforms, recognizing that maintaining and strengthening the free trade system is an essential foundation for sustainable growth," said Motegi as he opened the first plenary session of G20 ministers.
In addition, Motegi noted that it is necessary to work out a tax system for large digital companies.
