Azerbaijan's public catering turnover reaches 1.72B manats

Azerbaijan's public catering turnover amounted to 1.72 billion manats ($1.01 billion) in January-July this year, 7.1% more in real terms compared with the same period of 2025, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

During the seven-month period, legal entities accounted for 49.9% of public catering turnover in the private sector, while individual entrepreneurs operating in the sector accounted for 50.1%.

Turnover generated by legal entities increased by 5% year-on-year to 853.9 million manats ($502.29 million).
