Azerbaijan represented with unified national pavilion at 9th China-Eurasia Expo

Azerbaijan was represented with a unified country stand at the 9th China-Eurasia Expo held in the city of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China, on June 25–29, Report informs, citing Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy.

Azerbaijan's economic and investment potential, transport-transit capabilities, as well as products manufactured under the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand were showcased at the expo.

At the same time, products manufactured under the "Made in Azerbaijan" brand were presented at the expo through the Azerbaijan Trade House operating in Beijing.

Within the framework of the expo, Azerbaijan's trade representative in China, Teymur Nadiroghlu, delivered a presentation at the China (Shandong) – Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference. The presentation provided information about Azerbaijan's favorable business environment, investment potential, opportunities created for investors, our country's role as an important transport and logistics hub of the region, as well as the development prospects of economic and trade cooperation between Azerbaijan and China.

The China-Eurasia Expo, held since 2011, is considered one of China's significant international economic and trade platforms. The expo serves to expand trade, investment, and industrial partnership between Asian and European countries. More than 2,000 companies and organizations from 27 countries, regions, and international organizations, as well as from all provinces of China, participated in the 9th expo.
