Azerbaijan reduces butter imports by 11%

In 2021, Azerbaijan imported 15,034 tons of butter for $78.856 million, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

These figures are 1,772 tons (10.5%) and $3.752 million (4.5%) less than in 2020, respectively.

During the reporting period, the cost of butter imports amounted to 0.67% of Azerbaijan's total import expenditures.

In 2021, Azerbaijan produced 25,740 tons of butter, 0.4% less than in 2020.
