Azerbaijan increases wheat import by 95%

Azerbaijan imported 356,147 tons of wheat in January-March of this year.

Report informs citing the State Customs Committee that this is 173,283 tons (94.7%) more than in the same period of 2022.

The cost of imported wheat for the year increased by $46,367,000 (74.3%) to $108,758,000.

Wheat import made up 2.13% of Azerbaijan's total imports.
