Hotel revenues in Azerbaijan fell by 6% in 2025

Total revenues of hotels and similar accommodation facilities amounted to 653 million manat, down 5.9% compared to 2024, according to the State Statistical Committee.
Report informs that of this total, 61.8% came from room rentals, 27.2% from food and beverage services, 2.9% from medical and wellness services, and 8.1% from other services.
Last year, the nationwide hotel occupancy rate was 24.4%, slightly up from 24% in 2024. By region, occupancy rates were highest in Naftalan at 48.5%, followed by Shabran at 41.7%, Baku at 36.9%, Gusar at 31.7%, Sabirabad at 27.7%, Lankaran at 23.3%, Gabala at 21.5%, Shamakhi at 20.5%, Barda at 19.5%, Guba at 16.6%, Beylagan at 15.7%, Agdam at 15.6%, Gakh at 15.5%, and Masally at 15.3%. In all other cities and districts, occupancy remained below 15.3%.
