Road to Victory: Chronicle of the 44-Day War

The 44-day war began on September 27, 2020, and ended with the signing of a trilateral statement on November 10, 2020, involving the President of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Russia. During this period, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan carried out a series of successful military operations, resulting in the liberation of significant territories that had been under Armenian occupation for nearly thirty years. Following the signing of the trilateral statement, hostilities ceased, the parties agreed on the exchange of prisoners and the bodies of the fallen, and on unblocking transport and economic links in the region.
