Next year's rise in salaries, pensions and allowances disclosed

Next year, salaries will increase by an average of 40-50%, and pensions by an average of 40-45 manats, said chairman of the Milli Majlis Committee for Labour and Social Policy Musa Guliyev, Report informs.
According to him, in 2022, the amount of some pensions and social benefits will almost double, and therefore steps must be taken to protect social welfare against the background of rising prices:
"It was noted during the budget discussions in the Milli Majlis that the price growth in the first half of next year might stop completely. If inflation averages 8-10% this year, it could fall to 3-4% next year, which means earnings will exceed expenditures."
