Families of two fallen sappers granted presidential stipend

The families of sappers Seymur Namazov and Ragif Isayev, who died while demining, have been granted a monthly presidential stipend.
According to Report, citing the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the stipend was assigned under a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on March 31.
The 700-manat stipend will be distributed equally among the four members of the deceased sappers' families.
Under the decree, eligible family members include the spouse, parents, children under 18 (or under 23 if enrolled in education), disabled children over 18, siblings raised in orphanages, and grandparents if no immediate relatives are present.
