Mattel unveils Barbie doll nspired by Marilyn Monroe

American company Mattel has unveiled a new Barbie doll inspired by one of actress Marilyn Monroe's most famous outfits from the film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. The doll was released to mark the 100th anniversary of the legendary actress's birth, according to Report.
"This year... we are celebrating the queen of the screen in spectacular style, inspired by one of her most iconic movie looks," the company said in a statement.
The doll recreates Monroe's outfit from the 1953 film Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. In one scene, the actress wore a bright pink dress with a large bow at the back and long gloves. The doll is priced at €88.
