A regional conference titled "Interfaith discrimination: A threat to solidarity" has begun in Aghdash, organized by Azerbaijan's State Committee on Affairs with Religious Organizations, Report informs.
The two-day event is attended by officials from the state committee and the Aghdash District Executive Authority, members of the Milli Majlis, representatives of the public, theologians, religious figures and leaders of religious communities.
The program includes panel discussions on "Azerbaijan as an example of coexistence: Historical traditions and modern challenges" and "Sectarian radicalization: Risks and ways to combat it," as well as training sessions for religious figures.
