Zelenskyy: World should not allow Russia to use nuclear weapons

"The world should not allow Russian President Vladimir Putin to use nuclear weapons," the head of state of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said in an interview with Ouest-France, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.

Zelenskyy believes that international pressure will not allow Putin to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. At the same time, he said that no one can predict the next steps of the Kremlin leader: "No one knows what Putin will do tomorrow. For him, there is almost no difference between telling the truth and lying."

Pointing out the partial mobilization in Russia, the head of state called on Russians to protest the war in his interview.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin and the Deputy Head of the Security Council, former President Dmitry Medvedev, said they did not rule out the use of nuclear weapons. They stressed that all weapons can be used for the defense of Russia.
