Zelenskyy says ready to meet with Vladimir Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said he is ready to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Ukrainian leader said in an interview with the Italian TV station Rai 1, Report informs.
"The issue is growing more complex every day. Because small towns are already being liberated from occupation. In addition, the number of facts of Russian vandalism is growing. Now the pubic is not upbeat about the talks. But as President, I am ready to talk to Putin. But directly with him, without intermediaries, not with the language of the ultimatum, and within the terms of the dialogue," Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyy recently said that Ukraine could suspend talks with Russia altogether over the killings of captured civilians and servicemen.
