Wildberries warehouse in Russia's Tambov region completely destroyed in drone attack – UPDATED

A Wildberries logistics center in the city of Kotovsk, Tambov Region, was completely destroyed in a drone attack.

According to Russian media, cited by Report.Tambov Region Governor Evgeny Pervyshov said that two people were injured in the attack and are receiving medical assistance.

According to Russian media, cited by Report, Regional Governor Evgeny Pervyshov said the incident occurred overnight on August 26, when Kotovsk came under a massive drone attack.

"As a result of strikes by Ukrainian drones, a fire broke out at the Wildberries logistics center," he said.

The fire covered an area of 100,000 square meters. According to preliminary information, one marketplace employee was injured and suffered a concussion from the blast wave. Employees were evacuated after the alarm was triggered.

Wildberries' press service said the facility was not accepting new deliveries at the time of the incident.
